ARCHITECT:  Allman Johnstone Architects

The brief was to renovate & extend the existing homestead with a new concrete slab on ground for the new part of the structure & renovate the existing structure to integrate into the new scheme.

The existing structure however had to be modified because of termite damage so substantially the building was renovated completely to new.

The structure included slab on ground, existing bearers & joists with new timber frame, structural steel support elements with a pitched roof throughout. Beautifully constructed stonework elements throughout the residence created by the project manager Neil Baldwin.

Rojo Construction Group provided the client with advice, setout, support, labour & materials to complete the structural elements of the works. Neil Baldwin was the onsite project manager who managed the works to completion.

This job is testament to Builder/Client relationship with a win/win for all parties involved.
