RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

The brief was to demolish half of the existing house onsite and excavate on a difficult access site to include large retaining wall structures, construct an Off form concrete structure with four levels of structural slabs, walls & concrete formed drains including a suspended pool.

The structure also included:

• structural steel elements
• hydronic heating
• renovation of the existing dwelling
• further construction elements.

The project was done in two stages taking 11 months to complete to the contracted stage.
